The first thing you will need to do is create a new profile. You will need to fill out the fields with the maximum, minimum and average lengths of your periods, and the date when your period starts. This will be the base for the program to calculate all your fertile days and your menstrual cycles. Your profile can be protected with a password.
When you right-click on any day of the year in the program's calendar, you will get a context menu with important information about birth and conception. Depending on the chosen day, you will know if conception is possible and when the baby will be born. Moreover, you will be able to add personal entries, or contact marks, and see a statistics window with all your contacts.
